New Improvements For 2004-2005 Season

New Color Codes for Base Lodges
A complete change in signage throughout the resort has been implemented. These new cleaner and clearer signs should make it easier to navigate the Killington Mountain Resort:
K-1 Base Lodge (blue)
SnowShed (Green)
RamsHead (Purple)
Bear Mountain (Red)
Skyeship Base (Orange)

SnowMaking Improvements / Greater Capacity
A new snow Making pipe has been laid, as part of the the ~$2million investment in snowmaking facilities. The increase production should provide more even ground cover and a greater production.

Bear Mountain Revamps and Transforms to Freeski/Freeride Area
Super pipe and complete terrain park will find a home on Bear. A substantial amount of tree clearing has also created new tree-skiing areas. The base facilities have also been improved with flat-screens and big-screen TV's. The changes include:
- Expansion of the Park
- Super Pipe now at Bear Mountain
- Tree Skiing area have been created
- Athlete Lounge created at top of Lodge

Improved SnowShed Food Court

Ramshead Mountain Changes
- 2 new "mini" Pipes were created
- The Timberline Terrain Park has tripled in length
- "East Street Park" for kids has been enhanced
- New "Camp Free Ride" Learning Program (for ages 7-12)
