This is one of the most reliable meals on the mountain. Owner, Chef Claude (a Culinary Institute of America graduate) consistently turns out truly special meals. Although the chef's specialty is rotisserie, you will never find a finer Filet Mignon (served with Saga Blue Cheese)- absoluetly to die for. The Ginger Soy salad dressing is truly outstanding. You will not be disappointed. The avant-guard art work (done by the bartender)is a wonderful touch; it's all for sale. The large bar is a great gathering place; not your average bar crowd...more mature and a bit more sedate. Not the best choice for a family meal with young children.

best prime rib
I know they have a great menu, but I can't get passed the prime rib, its great. I love it medium rare and that is exactly the way I get it every time.

Excellen all around restaurant
Whenever we ski Killington or tour the area in the fall we eat at Choices, its been our favorite for the past 5 years. The food is excellent and the staff is always very helpful.
