Great atmosphere, very warm and inviting. This restaurant is full of character, from the moment you step into the entrance, with the mountain of melted candle wax. Each meal starts with a complimentary tray of roasted garlic with fresh crusty bread. The tapas bar is wonderful- be sure to try the sampling of chorizo. The house wine, served in Italian Deruta chicken pitchers, was more than acceptable. The hostess is fabulous. Great happy hour daily from 3-6pm. This is the perfect spot for a group of friends...great food ( recommend the Osso Buco and the veal Saltimboca), the perfect atmosphere for an all around fun time.
For the part of Vermont that I live in this place is great. It is romantic and fun to be in. It is a little small, and can get loud at times, but I feel that these all just add to the charm of a family owned Restaurant. The food is wonderful, a little pricey but worth it. I recommend that you try it!!

mmmm... tapas
we made a couple of meals out of the tapas in the bar. everything was very tasty and the portions were good-sized... for tapas. the escargot in pastry and scallops w/ prosciutto really stood out and the mint/cucumber salad is a perfect palate cleanser that every tapas place should have. service was fast and friendly. garlic is a great alternative for grownups looking for a tasty bite and a cocktail.
