This is where you will find Outer Limits. I have skied in a lot of places and have yet to find another bump run as long and as steep as this one. Because of its location Bear Mountain seems to get more sun than anywhere else at Killington making it the warmest spot to ski. Head to Bear on those really cold days. In the spring it doesn't get any better than having a beer on the deck watching skiers and riders bounce down OL. New for 2004-05 season, Bear has become Freestyle (free Ski/ride) central at Killington. They have added a huge park with jumps, rails and a Pipe along with a ton of newly marked glades trails. The locals are unhappy some of their secret powder trails have been unveiled to the public, good news for everyone else.
