The new tag line is "Live large this year, live Killington" and large they are, by far the largest resort in the East. With 90 miles of trails, over 1200 acres of skiable terrain, 200 trails and 31 lifts (including two high speed gondolas) no one comes close.
Lots of improvements for the 2004/2005 season. New color coded signs for each base lodge making this huge resort a much easier place to navigate for the first timers. They have added (or I should say marked and cleared) a ton of new glades trails. Bear Mountain has been transformed into a free style ski/ride area. $2 million invested in improvements and upgrades to the snowmaking.
