Aspen East Ski Shop is located at the Time and Temperature sign on Route 4, East of the Killington Access Rd. You can't miss it, and you definitely shouldn't. It is both a ski and snowboard shop (Surf The Earth Snowboards is in the same building).

They have been in business for 32 years and know their stuff. Ski Magazine has awarded them a Gold Medal for 9 years running.  They are also SKI Magazine Eastern Regional Shop of the Year 2006 and were voted by New England Winter Sports Representatives as "Best of New England" for BOTH ski shop and snowboard shop.

An original Killington gondola hangs from the ceiling inside of the shop, and an old VW beetle is 'driving' up the wall on the snowboard side. A central stone fireplace, and special women's section (including jewelry), makes it possible to shop/rent for the whole family in one place.

This large store also prides themselves on their Roomful of Wintersteiger "robotic" stone grinding, ceramic edge finishing machines. They tout Extensive Demo fleet of skis by K2, Salomon, Volkl, Nordica, Atomic, Dynastar, Line. New rentals 2005-2006, boot fitting, custom footbeds, Season Tune Program.
